The data controller

Rolletto Sister Sites decides what happens to any personal data this website handles, which makes it the data controller under UK GDPR. Write to info@rollettosistersites.co.uk with any question about your data, a request or an objection.

What the pages do in your browser

The pages are static files. The hallmark comparison works entirely on your device, and nothing you choose on a page is sent anywhere.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics, advertising or social-media code. Fonts, casino logos and the pictures of casino homepages all sit beside the pages on one server, so loading any of them contacts no font service, casino or other outside company.

What the server records

Each request for a page, image or font leaves one line in the hosting server’s access log. The line holds the requesting IP address, a timestamp, the request line (method, requested path and protocol), the response status, the bytes sent, the referring page when the browser sends one, and the user agent: the name and version a browser reports about itself. No form, account or cookie adds anything to it.

How long the lines are kept

The log is rotated once a day. Each rotated file is kept for 14 days and then deleted, so no request stays on record for much more than two weeks.

Why they are kept

The lines keep the site running and secure: they show a broken page, a flood of automated requests or an address attacking the server. That is a legitimate interest under UK GDPR, and the records serve no profiling, advertising or other purpose.

Your rights over the log lines

You can ask for a copy of any lines about you, have them corrected or erased, or object to their use, by writing to info@rollettosistersites.co.uk. The date, a rough time and your IP address make the lines findable before the 14 days run out. A complaint can also go to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk.

Sharing and outside links

Nothing recorded here is sold, rented or passed to casinos, advertisers or data brokers.

No casino is linked from these pages: a casino document appears as its title and web address only. The few outside links that remain, to the Curaçao Gaming Authority, one news report and the support services, open in a new tab under those organisations’ own privacy notices.
